What kind of sense does that make? None at all. And for her to get mad at Stefan for protecting his brother especially when she protected him from getting killed for his actions is just baffling. Another situation is during 1x07 when Vicki becomes a vampire, and Jeremy is trying to find Vicki. The first statements above pretty much explain Elena being a shitty friend and sister.
But honey Season 2 just showed how much of a bad friend she is. Now before anyone yells at me asking why is Season 2 Elena a bad friend, let me explain. So, during the whole sacrifice ritual thing going on Elena found out from Katherine that she was not the only one involved in the ritual.
Look at this clip:. She learns that Klaus needs to kill her a doppelganger , a werewolf Tyler , a vampire Caroline , and a witch to perform the spell Bonnie. Elena knows this already, hell she even listed off the people Klaus would need for his ritual.
So why the hell was Elena so busy trying to give herself up to Klaus? All she was doing was be selfish and was being too busy on looking like some type of hero martyr when all she did was put more people in danger. She put everyone in danger with her suicidal actions thinking that she was protecting and saving everyone when all she did was put them in more danger.
Another moment is during 2x02 when Stefan, Elena, and Damon find out that Caroline is a vampire and figure out what to do. And this clip pisses me off. What does Caroline becoming a vampire have to do with Katherine trying to hurt you?! If anything Katherine turned vampire Caroline into a vampire to use her to her advantage and manipulate her. Caroline is the victim in the circumstances not you! Not everything that happens in Mystic Falls has to do with you Elena. Sometimes the villains just do things because they are villains.
Not because they want to hurt precious Elena Gilbert. Now Damon, the old Damon, I liked right away, all on his own. He was mean and snarky, he wore leather and liked sex. He was exactly the type of badass that I had spent time and time again swooning over. The kind of darkness that sucked you in and I worried that my sweet look into a romanticized, never before touched on, world would be lost in his shadows. Stefan snuck up on me. I had no idea how much love I held for this character until I saw his first binge.
That first time Damon walked in and I got to see a never before side to Stefan, a weakness. One with a dark past. Something I yearned to find out. And somewhere along the way I started liking Damon less and less. I had seen it all before. I could see it all again, but Stefan. Stefan was different. I feel it with every lub dub of my heart, every breath I catch, as I watch him.
So, if they got together, TVD would have to show their experiences together after The Other Side fell or in the end of season 6, which wouldn't be enough time. Plus, she has a beautiful personality and i don't want to see it possibly get ruined by being with horrible Damon. Unless Damon changed, Bonnie would have to change for them to be together. Honestly the real off screen relationship of Nina and Ian that is now over for all intents and purposes has ended the Delena "happy ending' notion.
The writers had to change the story to match the real life dynamic. As professional as actors claim to be able to act and fake chemistry which is extinguished, it seems like Ian and Nina wouldn't put us through that. I don't like Delena, but i don't like the idea of Stefan going back to Elena.
That would be out of his character. I just don't want to believe Stefan would do that. Delena never broke up. Damon died. Elena chose Damon. I hope they aren't End Game. I honestly don't care about what happens with Delena, though. I almost want Damon and Bonnie to come back unusally close and stir up some super Drama with Elena.
Idk what they have in store, but i'm not confident in the writers, right now I hope they dont rush anything to tell us that this is the final season. Stefan will end up dead or human. Stefan is burdened by so much pain and guilt from being a vampire because of his good heart. Not to mention he can be a ripper. He's not very good at the whole vampire thing so I think his misery will end by either becoming human or dying.
Damon will end up dead or stay as a vamp. Damon is a very fun, dynamic character in TVD His heart is not as pure as Stefan's not a bad thing. As a human, I think this would hurt his character dynamic I think this showed a little bit in scenes before Katherine turned him, he just didn't have the spark that he does as a vampire.
Am I overthinking this? So why exactly is Klaroline so popular? Is anyone else confused about this sudden craze? Now I'm sure that this article, like most of mine, will be very controversial.
